Upotrebljivost kao ključna karakteristika kvaliteta softvera
Sažetak
U radu je naglašen značaj upotrebljivosti softvera kao ključne karakteristike kvaliteta softvera prilikom njegove upotrebe. Predstavljena je i retrospektiva formalnih definicija upotrebljivosti, sa namerom da se pokaže evolucija pogleda istraživača na upotrebljivost tokom više od tri decenije. Da bi se obezbedio zahtevani kvalitet pri upotrebi potrebno je meriti i vrednovati mnoge karakteristike koje utiču na upotrebljivost softvera. Takođe, hronološki su prikazani pokušaji istraživača da na osnovu definicija upotrebljivosti identifikuju njene različite dimenzije. Imajući u vidu da nije lako odrediti karakteristike koje najviše doprinose kvalitetu pri upotrebi, u radu su primenjene dve metode za identifikovanje ključnih atributa koji utiču na upotrebljivost, a koje treba posebno razmotriti prilikom izgradnje njenog modela.
