Metodika obuke pripadnika roda rečnih jedinica na brodskom simulatoru
Sažetak
Uvod/cilj: Cilj ovog rada je da se prikaže metodika kreiranja nastavnih sadržaja/scena na brodskom simulatoru koji će služiti oficirima roda rečnih jedinica u razvijanju sposobnosti reagovanja prilikom izvršavanja redovnih i borbenih zadataka na brodovima Rečne flotile. Takođe, cilj obuke na simulatoru je edukacija oficira roda rečnih jedinica primenom savremenih informacionih tehnologija.
Metode: U radu se koristi metoda simulacije, metoda eksperimenta, studije slučaja i operaciona istraživanja.
Rezultati: Kreirane su specifične nastavne scene/sadržaji, pri čemu je razvijena i metodika kreiranja, i jasno su definisani principi po kojima se dizajniraju sadržaji/scene na brodskom simulatoru.
Zaključak: Upotrebom brodskog simulatora, u različitim nastavnim scenama, kadeti roda rečnih jedinica, kao i pripadnici ovog roda, obučavaju se i stiču sposobnosti da u stvarnoj situaciji reaguju adekvatno za što kraće vreme.
