Sažetak


U radu je naglašen značaj upotrebljivosti veb zasnovanih aplikacija kao bitan uslov za privlačenje i zadržavanje korisnika. Na početku rada predstavljena je uopštena podela metoda za evaluaciju upotrebljivosti, sa namerom da pokaže različit pogled istraživača na upotrebljivost. Da bi se obezbedio životni vek veb aplikacije potrebno je meriti i vrednovati mnoge karakteristike koje utiču na upotrebljivost softvera. U radu su ukratko prikazane najčešće korišćene metode za evaluaciju upotrebljivosti veb zasnovanih aplikacija publikovanih u poslednjij deceniji. Imajući u vidu da nije lako odabrati pravu metodu, u zaključku su navedene preporuke koje treba posebno razmotriti prilikom njenog izbora.
